Frank Anderson, MD
Dr. Frank Anderson is a Harvard-educated psychiatrist, a trauma specialist, and the author of the upcoming memoir To Be Loved: A Story of Truth, Trauma, and Transformation. Dr. Anderson has spent the past three decades studying neuroscience and trauma treatment, working to heal trauma and bring more love, compassion and unity to the world.
Dr. Anderson has been praised and endorsed by many, including Dr. Bessel A. van der Kolk, bestselling author of The Body Keeps the Score. He also recently formed Trauma-Informed Media, which is composed of an Emmy-nominated team of diverse entertainment and mental health professionals who support the emergence of mental health content in the media.
With a possible big screen project in the works, Dr. Anderson has also worked with dancer, choreographer and host of Dancing with the Stars, Julianne Hough, and helped her develop a trauma-informed dance movement component for the Kinrgy Dance program.
